Cancellations and rescheduling less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost. 
Less than 12 hours notice prevents the time slot from being accessed by another client and thus the business from income gain.

Cancellations taking place more than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment for all prepaid appointments will only be refunded the balance of the payment minus processing fees. These charges are directly from the credit / debit card company processing your payment at the time of your booking and are equal to:

• Credit/Debit Card : 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP

• Apple Pay : 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP

• Google Pay : 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP

• American Express Credit Card (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay): 3.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP

Service fees may differentiate depending on the country of issue. 
This policy exists to prevent Pure Body Therapies from incurring the expenses when a client have changed their mind and allows to break even with no profit to Pure whatsoever. 

All refunds are arranged by Pure within 24 hrs from the moment of cancellation. Please allow 2 - 5 working days for the refund to appear on your original bank account that you used to make the purchase.

No-Shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

​Repeated cancellations or multiple rescheduling either more or less than 12 hours prior to the appointment may result in being refused future service.
